Aircraft Wheel Washer

The solicitation FA561326Q0043 seeks a firm-fixed price purchase of a fully automated aircraft wheel washer system capable of removing rubber and carbon deposits from C-130J aircraft wheels for corrosion control, to be installed and commissioned at Ramstein Air Base within the Kaiserslautern Military Community in Germany. The equipment must perform automated cleaning with minimal manual intervention, include an integrated filtration system and oil skimmer, and feature a loading and unloading assist mechanism to reduce manual lifting of wheels. The washer must be compatible with prescribed solvents, specifically CALLA 602LF and ARPOSOLVE 680, per TO 1-1-691. Only new equipment is acceptable; remanufactured or grey market items are prohibited, and all units must include a manufacturer’s warranty explicitly stated in the quote. Pricing must be submitted exclusively in Euros and include a detailed breakdown for each of the five items under the CLIN.
