Looking for 1) daily newsletters covering congressional/legislative/appropriations issues; 2) daily customized email alerts on selection congressional/legislative/appropriations topics; 3) access to an internet website that expands on the daily newsletters/new alerts and provides a rich archive of news, legislation and original analysis; and 4) a detailed search feature and resources that enables EUCOM to identify hard to get documents and materials. Submission: Submission of Quotes shall be via email, on or before 17 March 2020, 1600hr Eastern Standard Time (EST), to James McLane, Contract Specialist, James.s.McLane.civ@mail.mil AND Mr. John Shaffer, Contracting Officer, John.M.Shaffer.civ@mail.mil. The subject of the email(s) shall be W564KV-20-R-0010 Congressional Research.
