CONNECTED MERCED LLC

The Department of Cannabis Control has approved a Cannabis Distribution License for Connected Merced LLC, submitted by Caleb Counts on February 26, 2025. Located at 1987 W Olive Ave, Merced, CA 95348 (APN 058-030-036), the project will operate within an existing 35,860 square foot building on a 9.71 acre lot. The scope of operations includes cannabis distribution, volatile and non-volatile manufacturing, and 22,000 square feet of on-site cultivation. Under California environmental regulations, the project has been granted a Class 1 Categorical Exemption, as it utilizes an existing industrial building with no proposed expansion. This environmental evaluation was managed by the Department of Cannabis Control's Environmental Evaluation Office in Rancho Cordova, with Calvin Yee serving as the primary point of contact.
