This is a firm-fixed price, Indefinite Delivery Contract for the procurement of exhaust pipe connectors under National Stock Number 2990-01-329-9895. Managed by DLA Land and Maritime, the contract supports stocking locations within the continental United States. The agreement consists of a one-year base period with two separate one-year option periods, with a total maximum value of 250,000 dollars over three years. Due to a lack of unrestricted technical data, the government is limiting procurement to approved sources under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), specifically naming Daimler Trucks North America LLC as the approved source. All offers must provide parts from this source and meet specific traceability requirements if submitted by dealers. Award decisions will be based on a combination of price, delivery, and performance, with all quotes required in English and U.S. Dollars.
