This contract covers the procurement of 30 units of an electrical plug connector, identified by NSN 5935-01-640-7839, with a required delivery timeframe of 20 days to the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. The contract stipulates compliance with various technical, quality, and cybersecurity standards, including mandatory adherence to the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Self-Assessment and specific Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) packaging and marking requirements per MIL-STD-129 and MIL-STD-2073-1E. Mercury or mercury-containing compounds are prohibited in any packaging or preservation processes, except under strict exceptions listed. Sampling and inspection will be carried out according to MIL-STD-1916 or equivalent standards, with zero tolerance for non-conformance in designated critical application items. The contract includes detailed documentation and source approval procedures, mandates removal of government identification from rejected supplies, and requires acceptance and inspection at the destination point. All packing and palletization must follow DLA packaging guidelines to ensure proper handling during shipment. The solicitation was posted with a response deadline in early June 2026 and is managed by the Department of Defense’s Aviation Supply Chain office, with the primary point of contact provided for coordination. Delivery terms specify FOB origin, and the contract enforces strict quantity variance limits with no allowances for over or under delivery.
