Solicitation SPE7M2-27-T-0563 is a small business set-aside request for quotations issued by the DLA Weapons Support Nuclear Reactor Program for the procurement of 491 electrical plug connectors (NSN 5935-01-325-0384). This critical application item must comply with MIL-DTL-38999/26G(4) and MIL-DTL-38999N specifications. The item is subject to Qualified Products List (QPL) and Qualified Manufacturers List (QML) requirements. Notably, material manufactured by Amphenol, Matrix, or Pyle National with lot date codes between July 2006 and June 2016 is strictly prohibited, and traceability documentation may be required to verify manufacturing dates and sources. The contract specifies a delivery timeline of 168 days after the order, with a need ship date of April 27, 2027, and a final required delivery date of August 10, 2027. Delivery is FOB Origin to DLA Distribution Warner Robins in Georgia, with inspection and acceptance occurring at the destination. Packaging and marking must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E and MIL-STD-129, and the contractor must comply with strict prohibitions against the intentional addition of mercury. Payment and invoicing will be managed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Evaluation for award will consider price, including a HUBZone preference, and technical compliance, though items produced via additive manufacturing are ineligible.
