Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-2073-1E with preservation method code 41, drying code 1, and unit container code D3, and all marking must strictly follow MIL-STD-129 with no special marking required. Delivery is set for 168 days after award, with FOB Origin terms and destination inspection and acceptance at the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland Facility in Pennsylvania.
