First year valid period: 10/1/2026 -9/30/2027DCNR intends to establish a multi-year agreement with the maximum contract term to be determinedat the time of award based on the awarded pricing and anticipated usage. The supplier shall maintain consistency inpricing, products, services, specifications, and all contract deliverables throughout the entire term of the contract.Under no circumstances shall the cumulative value of the agreement exceed Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars (25,000).
