DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA061752_79072 – Construct Building H-102 Communication and Information Technology Building – Petawawa, Ontario The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct a 1,175 m2 new single storey building to house communications and information technology. Building comprised of cross laminated timber structure for the exterior walls and roof. The siteworks for the new facility includes parking and fire access, diesel fired emergency generator and mechanical and electrical site servicing. This project contains security requirements. The selected contractor will be required to hold a validFacility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET, with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).  Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
