DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – PA061752_79072 – Construct Building H-102 Communication and Information Technology Building – Petawawa, Ontario
The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to construct a 1,175 m2 new single storey building to house communications and information technology. Building comprised of cross laminated timber structure for the exterior walls and roof. The siteworks for the new facility includes parking and fire access, diesel fired emergency generator and mechanical and electrical site servicing.
This project contains security requirements.
The selected contractor will be required to hold a validFacility Security Clearance (FSC) at the level of SECRET, with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of SECRET, issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.

The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the range of $13,400,000.00
The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 609 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 42 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Chapter Nineteen of the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) and the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-GPA).

Bidders are to allow the above Prime Cost Allowance. This allowance will be adjusted to actual costs as certified by the DCC Representative.
