Full Description

SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS: This is a request for information/market research to provide data for planning purposes. This sources sought synopsis does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, invitation for bid, nor does its issuance in any way restrict the Government as to its ultimate acquisition approach. The Air Armament Center, Operational Contracting Office, Eglin AFB, Florida, is seeking potential sources capable of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and equipment and all operations in connection with the construction of various reinforced concrete test targets on specified test areas. The Government anticipates award of a Fixed Price, Requirements Contract with a base period of performance of 04 February 2013 through 3 February 2014 and four (4) one-year option periods for a total contract performance period of sixty (60) months, if the option periods are exercised. The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the future acquisition is 238110, with a small business size standard of $14M. If qualified and interested, please submit via email or mail stating the name of your company, your interest, a Capabilities Statement, and your business size for the assigned NAICS code. Also, responses should contain Address, Point of Contact, email address, Cage Code, Phone Number (with area code), and Fax Number. In addition to the size of business, indicate all classes of business that fit your firm: i.e. Small Disadvantaged, Veteran-Owned, Woman-Owned, etc. Responses must be received no later than 23 April 2012 1700 CST.
