Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
F.O.B. Destination: District of Santa Maria, Divisa, Republic of Panama, Central America.
Delivery date: 15 Days after award; as per delivery instructions stated below.
Set Aside: No set aside or small business standard applies to this acquisition.

Additional Requirements:
- Warranty: Awarded Contractor will provide US Embassy Panama City with a description of the Standard Warranty conditions and expiration date; applicable for certain items including air conditioners.
