SummaryEnvironment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) requires the installation of an outside non-rusting stairwell at that Prairie and Northern Wildlife Research Centre (PNWRC) building located at 115 Perimeter Rd., Saskatoon, SK S7N 0X4. The outside stairwell will provide a safer; code required improved access to the facility building’s roof where there is equipment that needs servicing.2.
