Construction Cost Data and Estimation Software

The Government Accountability Office is soliciting software that provides construction cost data and estimation capabilities, requiring the offering to be equal to or better than RSMeans Online by The Gordian Group, Inc., as mandated by FAR 52.211-6. The software must deliver online subscription access to comprehensive construction cost datasets organized under MasterFormat and Uniformat standards, covering commercial, residential, and facilities construction categories, along with AI-powered generation of cost estimates and unlimited monthly chat support for users.
