CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING INSPECTION

The Florida Department of Transportation has entered into a Standard Professional Services Agreement, contract number CB233, with EXP U.S. Services Inc. to provide Construction Engineering Inspection General Consultant services for construction support within District 1. The contract is established for a 60-month term, concluding on August 3, 2031, with an initial total fee limit of 19,500,000.00 dollars. The agreement is governed by a specific scope of services and a defined method of compensation, requiring the prime consultant and all subconsultants to adhere to strict prequalification, non-discrimination, and conflict of interest guidelines. Subsequent to the initial agreement, Amendment 1 was executed on August 10, 2026, to expand the project's operational capacity. This amendment authorized the addition of MSC Environmental, LLC and MSW Management, LLC, doing business as Ultra Engineering, as approved subconsultants.
