Construction Management And Construction Support Services For The 40th Street Multimodal Project

The City of Emeryville is seeking qualified firms to provide Construction Management and Construction Support Services for the 40th Street Multimodal Project. This complex urban infrastructure project focuses on improving safety, accessibility, transit, bicycle, and pedestrian infrastructure along 40th Street and Shellmound Street. The selected consultant will be responsible for a comprehensive scope of work, including resident and office engineer services, construction inspection, materials testing coordination, contract administration, and project controls. Additionally, the firm must manage high-touch public outreach with stakeholders and ensure strict compliance with environmental mitigation, tribal cultural resource coordination, and various federal and state regulatory requirements. The project is funded by multiple sources, including HUD Community Project Funding Grants and Alameda CTC agreements, requiring adherence to 2 C.F.R. Part 200, Build America Buy America, and Section 3 compliance. The contract will be established as a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee agreement.
