Construction Management, Inspection, Materials Testing, Surveying, and Related Services

Placer County is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call construction management, inspection, materials testing, and surveying services for public works projects across the county through a three-year Master Service Agreement with a maximum contract value of $2,000,000. Firms selected under this Request for Qualifications will be responsible for representing the County at construction sites, interpreting contract documents, managing project timelines and budgets, conducting field inspections, performing materials testing, and carrying out surveying tasks. A mandatory requirement is the presence of a licensed Professional Civil Engineer to serve as the Construction Manager or Resident Engineer on all assigned projects. The agreement will enable the County to rapidly deploy expert resources as needed without conducting separate procurements for individual projects. The work is primarily performance-based and centered in Auburn, California, with services expected to support a variety of public infrastructure initiatives.
