The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested qualified contractors (Bidder) to construct a landscaped island at the intersection of N Main Street and Noll Drive, for the installation of a preselected piece of Artwork.
