Submissions marked "COR26-00184 – Salt and Sand Storage Building" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Tuesday July 21, 2026. The City seeks proposals for the labour, supply, equipment and construction of a new Salt and Sand Storage Building. The building will be constructed as a standard pole wood construction, and with approximate size of 270 feet length by 95 feet width by 26 feet height. The scope of work generally includes the following, but is not limited to: a standard wood pole construction building with metal siding and roofing as per the Architectural drawings and specifications included in Annex A; roof trusses to be constructed with stainless steel connector plates; the building is uninsulated; size of facility - 31.401m (95’) width x 91.440m (270’) long x 7,925mm (26’) clear height; overhead doors located in the east and west faces; and a third overhead door on the northwest side of the building. pedestrian doors located on all four (4) faces Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 09:30 AM CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Monday, July 6, 2026 at 04:00 PM CST (SK).
