Submissions marked "COR25-00110 – Taylor Field Redevelopment Project" will be received by the City of Regina (see Part 1.5.1 of the RFP), no later than 2:00:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, on Thursday August 13, 2026. The City requires the services of an Engineering Consultant that will support the City’s Land Branch in its role as the land developer by advancing subdivision, servicing, and infrastructure works necessary to enable development. The scope of work includes the following, but is not limited to: Project Management & Administration Land Development Planning & Phasing Strategy Subdivision Design & Approvals Preliminary and Detailed Infrastructure Design Regulatory Approvals Tendering and Procurement Support Engineering Services During Construction Post Construction Services, among others Unless otherwise indicated, and subject to applicable exceptions and exclusions, this procurement is covered by: Chapter 5 of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement Chapter 19 of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement Article 14 of the New West Partnership Trade Agreement There will not be a public opening however the list of firm names who submitted a response will be posted to the Sasktenders website.
There will be a video conference pre-submission meeting using Microsoft Teams on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10:00 am, CST (SK) for any interested proponents. Please email the RFP Contact set out in section 1.2 of the RFP to request an invitation to the online meeting by Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 4:00pm, CST (SK).
