If the alternate is included, the contractor must achieve substantial completion within 14 months of the notice to proceed, with payments for the alternate split into two installments upon reaching milestones. The project size is estimated to be between 5 million and 15 million dollars, with the county exempt from Georgia local sales and use taxes, although bidders are responsible for their own taxes. The overall scope emphasizes timely completion, adherence to licensing and bonding requirements, and compliance with the specified schedule and contractual obligations, including the potential for liquidated damages and the submission of detailed cost proposals.
