Solicitation SP470317Q0015 is a total small business set-aside construction project for the repair of controls in Bays A and B of Building 32 at the DSCR in Richmond, Virginia. The scope of work involves the installation of controls, programming, and graphics that must integrate with the existing Honeywell/Tridium Web AX supervision system. While Bays A and B are located within a single physical building, they are treated as separate bays for the purposes of this project. The building will remain occupied during construction, and contractors must adhere to specific limitations regarding how much of the HVAC system can be taken out of service at once. Personnel may be on-site between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM, and while escorts are not required, after-hours access requires three to five business days of advance notice. This amendment clarifies that there are currently no JACEs serving Bays A or B, though other bays in the building utilize various JACE models or are undergoing replacements.
