The selected consultant must provide a professional standard of care and ensure personnel can pass criminal background checks to obtain required airport security badges for access to restricted areas. Proposals are due by September 3, 2026, and must include a limited six-page proposal body, a price proposal, company information, and resumes. Payment is processed on a Net 30 basis via monthly invoicing, and the contractor is required to report monthly payments to subconsultants through the Port's Contractor Database System.
