The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to: Seek bids from responsive and responsible licensed Carpentry and Flooring Contractor(s) (S220) to sand, seal, and refinish the existing flooring at Bonneville Jr High School and Matheson Jr High School according to the attached specifications.
It is anticipated that this IFB will result in a single award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor. GSD reserves the right to award by location to multiple vendors or to the overall low.
