RFQ: SAQMMA-12-Q-0172 Consular Seals and Stamps. NAICS Code: 339943 - Marking Device Manufacturing The Bureau of Consular Affairs, Department of State, is hereby issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for Consular Seals and Stamps. The solicitation is being issued with this notice: (SEE ATTACHED SOLICITATION). The vendor must be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Only offers from SDVOSB concerns will be considered. The Bureau of Consular Affairs also invites interested SDVOSB to participate in an Industry Day session held on July 17th, 2012 at 10:00AM - 2:00PM. The Industry Day will allow all attendees to touch and take pictures of all samples stamps and seals provided. There will be no questions asked at that time. All questions should be submitted no later than July 9th, 2012 by 4:00PM. Responses to all questions will be provided at Industry Day. Questions can be submitted to Barbra Postell at PostellBJ@state.gov. The Industry Day will be held at the following location: US Department of State 2401 E Street, NW, H- 324 (SA-1) Washington DC 20520 Please e-mail the names of those attending and the name of the company represented to Linda Washington at WashingtonLT@state.gov or Ronnise Eatman at EatmanRK@state.gov no later than July 13th, 2012. There are four different seal models that are being solicited in this BPA and one stamp. Vendor shall note that this requirement is solicited on an all or none basis and proposals not made on this basis will not be considered. There will be only one BPA awarded for this requirement. Vendors are requested to send an example of their craftsmanship with their quotes due on July 30th, 2012 no later than 4:00PM. This requirement will contain a base year plus 4- 1 year option periods.
