CONSULTANCY SERVICES -TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SUPPORT THE PILOT OF AND BUILD CAPACITIES OF NASU/MBSSE STAFF FOR A NATIONAL LARGE SCALE ASSESSMENT IMPLEMENTATION UNDER THE FREE QUALITY EDUCA

The Ministry of Basic and Senior Secondary Education in Sierra Leone has issued an award notice for consultancy services under solicitation number SL-MBSSE-310520-CS-QCBS. This contract focuses on providing technical assistance to support the piloting of a national large scale learning assessment and building the necessary capacities of NASU and MBSSE staff to ensure successful implementation under the Free Quality Education initiative. The project is managed by a federal organization and will be performed within Sierra Leone. The procurement process followed the Quality and Cost Based Selection method to secure expert consultancy services aimed at enhancing the educational assessment framework of the country.
