Columbia County Highway and Transportation Department hereby requests written proposals for Consultant Design Engineering Services for replacement of bridges and rural road approaches. Three (3) projects are being conducted within the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) Statewide Transportation Projects (STP) local bridge program for the 2024-2029 project cycle as multiple contracts.
