The objective of this requirement is to qualify vendor(s) to provide information architecture services, and to support the conversion and migration of BERS technical content to a modern CCMS platform, as well as potential future content enhancements to support emerging digital construction tools and practices.Given emerging requirements and use cases for digitized construction regulatory and specification content, NRC anticipates that information architecture and content conversion, migration and enhancements will be iterative over a 2-3 year period. Standing Offers would provide the NRC project team with more capacity and agility to meet these evolving business requirements.
