The National Research Council Canada (NRC) has a requirement for the supply of one contact angle measurement system
to support the characterization of sample materials for their wettability, hydrophobicity/hydrophilicity, surface free energy,
and surface tension, for the non-exhaustive applications of electro-catalysis, battery materials, supercapacitor materials,
and sorbent materials for carbon dioxide storage.
All the deliverables must be received within 12 weeks after contract award.
