This is a Sources Sought. This announcement is in support of market research to determine the feasibility of a competitive acquisition and to identify potential sources that can provide for the procurement of the Container, Shipping and Storage detailed below. The proposed contractual action will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP); one time buy contract for the following:
