The selected consultant(s) shall provide comprehensive professional engineering services including, but not limited to: • Civil engineering design and analysis • Transportation engineering and traffic studies • Water, wastewater, and reclaimed water system engineering • Stormwater management and drainage engineering • Environmental engineering and permitting support • Infrastructure planning and engineering design • Utility coordination and hydraulic modeling • Construction engineering support services • Engineering studies, reports, and feasibility analyses • Grant application and funding support (when applicable) • Permitting coordination with local, state, and federal agencies • Construction phase services, including submittal review and technical support • Preparation of construction plans, technical specifications, and cost estimates • Permitting and Peer reviews. • Surveying and mapping services, including boundary, topographic, and construction staking • Geotechnical engineering services, including subsurface investigations and foundation recommendations • Environmental and resiliency engineering services, including wetlands, coastal, and regulatory compliance support
