NOTICE – ADVERTISEMENT RECONSTRUCTION OF ACTIVITY CENTER RETAINING WALL FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF FINDLAY, ALLEGHENY COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA Sealed Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) by the Township of Findlay until 2:00 PM prevailing time, Wednesday, July 1, 2026, for the following project: Contract No. 26-01 – Reconstruction of Activity Center Retaining Wall All bidding Documents are available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net. Bids shall be opened shortly thereafter with the results made available via PennBid. A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Monday, June 15, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Findlay Township Activity Center at 310 Main Street, Imperial, PA 15126. Proposals to receive consideration must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Township of Findlay in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the Proposal as a guarantee. No bid bond shall be waived or returned because the Bidder has failed to or cannot comply with any requirements as set forth in the plans, specifications, or any applicable statues of the State of Pennsylvania or any applicable municipal ordinance. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract within ninety (90) days from the date bids were opened. The Owner hereby reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids submitted or any part thereof or item therein. The Owner also reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, irregularities, or informalities in bids received.
