The contract pertains to the procurement of 24 dial indicating pressure gauges identified by NSN 6685010475112 and part number SG3ND10KPWRONA, with delivery required within 276 days FOB origin. All items must comply with MIL-G-18997E Amendment 1 and are classified as Critical Application Items. Packaging must conform to MIL-STD-2073-1E using a unit container code U, E5 type, and preservation method Clng/Dry Z, with mercury and mercury compounds strictly prohibited in packaging, preservation, or marking per IP056. Marking must adhere to MIL-STD-129 with Special Marking Code 05-05 indicating a delicate instrument, and bare item identification is required per RQ017. The contractor is responsible for inspection and testing at origin, with government acceptance also occurring at origin. Sampling must follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1 with zero non-conformances required unless otherwise specified; unspecified attributes are treated as major.
