The contract involves the procurement of 43 units of Ball Socket Seats (NSN 1290005132037). The contract imposes strict compliance standards, including CMMC Level 2 certification and adherence to ITAR and EAR export controls for technical data. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1 and RP001 standards, with specific requirements for heat-treated wood packaging and bar-coding. Inspection and acceptance will occur at the point of origin, verified by a Quality Assurance Representative. Offerors must comply with the Buy American Act and the Berry Amendment. Payment and receiving reports are to be processed electronically through the Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF) system. Evaluation may include a price preference for certified HUBZone small businesses.
