AI Contract Overview
This contract pertains to the procurement of a non-rotating eye bracket identified by NSN/Part Number 0001S00000053, with a quantity of one unit. The contract includes strict technical and quality requirements as specified in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements effective at the solicitation or award date. It mandates compliance with specific packaging standards, removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies, and prohibits the use of class I ozone-depleting chemicals unless approved substitutes are authorized. The item incorporates components subject to Qualified Products Lists or Qualified Manufacturers Lists, and it requires tailored higher-level quality controls, including inspection and acceptance at the origin. Additionally, the contract imposes rigorous controls on export-sensitive technical data under ITAR and EAR regulations, restricting data access only to contractors possessing approved certifications and training related to U.S./Canada export control programs. Cybersecurity requirements are also enforced, necessitating certification by a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 Certified Third-Party Assessment Organization. Delivery is scheduled for 80 days after order, and the solicitation response deadline is June 8, 2026. The contracting authority is the Department of Defense’s Land Supply Chain office, and point of contact information is provided for coordination.
