FIRST ARTICLE APPROVAL – CONTRACTOR TESTING REQUIRED (FAR 52.209-3 and ALT I)
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL TEST 1 UNIT(S) OF LOT/ITEM 5306 / 11265039 AS SPECIFIED IN THIS CONTRACT. PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE TO THE CONTRACTING OFFICER AND THE QAR AT LEAST FOURTEEN (14) CALENDAR DAYS PRIOR TO SHIPMENT TO GOVERNMENT FOR FAT, TO ACCOMODATE IN-PROCESS VERIFICATION AND/OR FINAL INSPECTION BY THE QAR. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT THE FIRST ARTICLE TEST REPORT WITHIN 120 CALENDAR DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS CONTRACT. NOTIFICATION AND SUBMITTAL ADDRESSES ARE IAW PROCUREMENT NOTE H03. administrative burden for either party involved when making an award.

access VSM or ship to DLA.

lose access and shipping ability. Online VSM users do not need schema
changes.
