This contract involves the supply of a specific power supply unit identified by NSN 0001S00000053, with a total quantity of 13 units to be delivered within 500 days after the delivery order. The procurement is governed by rigorous technical and quality requirements detailed in the Defense Logistics Agency’s (DLA) Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, and incorporates several critical compliance measures including cybersecurity maturity certification (CMMC Level 2), adherence to strict material restrictions such as prohibitions on Class I ozone depleting chemicals and mercury content except in specified exceptions, and export control regulations under ITAR and EAR. The contract mandates thorough documentation and testing, including First Article Testing, Production Test and Inspection Reports, and Certificates of Quality Compliance, ensuring all items meet government specification and engineering source approval. Additionally, item marking must conform to technical drawings specifying contract number, NAWC CAGE code, and part number, with no allowance for surplus stock. Export-controlled technical data access is strictly limited to approved contractors with proper certification and training to handle such sensitive information. The contract also enforces requirements for packaging, inspection at origin, and removal of government identification from non-accepted supplies.
