This contract involves the procurement of 563 units of wire rope assemblies, identified under NSN/Part Number 0001S00000053, with a delivery timeline of 222 days after order (ADO). The solicitation, number SPE4A5-26-T-192D, was issued by the Department of Defense's ASC Supplier OEM Division, specifically for performance at Robins Air Force Base. The acquisition references comprehensive technical and quality requirements as specified in the DLA Master List, with adherence to packaging, measuring and test equipment standards, and inspection protocols at the origin site. The contract also imposes requirements related to cybersecurity, demanding a Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 from certified third-party assessment organizations. Export controls are a significant aspect of this contract, as the wire rope assembly includes technical data subject to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). This limits the distribution and export of controlled information to authorized entities only, requiring certification and completed training on handling DoD export-controlled technical data. The contracting process underscores strict compliance with data security and export-control statutes, reflecting the sensitive nature of the technical data involved. The point of contact for the contract is Hien-Van Trinh, providing support for inquiries and clarifications related to this solicitation.
