Contractor Logistics Support (CLS for the MC-130H/W Air Refueling System (MCARS)

This requirement is for Contract Logistics Support (CLS) for the MC-130H/W Air Refueling System (MCARS). CLS includes contractor depot-level repair of MCARS unique parts; operation of the contractor inventory control point; storage and maintenance of pods, pylons and associated containers, trailing components, and miscellaneous MCARS parts/components. This requirement is for a 12 month basic period of performance with 4 12 month options. The contract type will include cost plus fixed fee and firm fixed price. The acquisition will not be set aside for small businesses. The approved source of supply is Cobham Mission Equipment (CME), Brook Road, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 2BJ, England, Cage U1918. Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) as implanted by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. Approximate issue date of the solicitation is 14 November 2015.
