Barksdale AFB, Louisiana: The 2d Contracting Squadron intends to issue a solicitation for COCESS for a five-year ordering period. The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, and materials to support COCESS. The store shall be located on the installation and provide easy access for authorized individuals and shall contain a variety of commercial and industrial products as well as stock high-use/critical/consumable materials for immediate purchase.
