The Cryptologic and Cyber Systems Division of the AFLCMC intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to Leidos, Inc. for support services related to the Cryptologic Depot Accountability Systems. Leidos is identified as the only capable source due to its proprietary rights for the manufacture of the required items and the lack of available technical data or drawings. The government aimed for an award date in September 2014 with a required delivery date of September 21, 2014. While this notice is not a request for competitive proposals, interested firms capable of meeting the requirements were given seven days from publication to identify their interest and business status to the contract specialist. The acquisition process includes the appointment of an AFLCMC Ombudsman to facilitate the resolution of concerns. The contract is governed by various Federal Acquisition Regulation and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement clauses, including those regarding the Buy American Act and electronic payment submissions.
