Deliveries are scheduled at a rate of one unit per month starting from October 30, 2013, with all items to be shipped to Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued around September 4, 2013, with responses due by October 7, 2013, and will be conducted electronically.
