Control Valve Assembly

The Department of National Defence is soliciting offers for the procurement of Control Valve Assemblies (Part Number 250854F55AHMX1ZR) for the cold fresh water systems of HFX Class Ships. The requirement consists of one mandatory unit and an optional requirement for an additional 23 units. Deliveries are requested at CFB Halifax and CFB Esquimalt. Bidders may propose equivalent or substitute products provided they include the brand name, model, part number, and NCAGE. The contract is subject to a preference for Canadian goods and services. The award will be based on the lowest evaluated price among bidders who meet all mandatory technical criteria. Proposals must be submitted by November 4, 2026, at 14:00 EDT via CPC Connect or fax, divided into technical, financial, and forms sections. The successful contractor must adhere to strict Canadian Forces packaging and marking specifications, including D-LM-008-001/SF-001 and D-LM-008-002/SF-001, and comply with the Controlled Goods Program under the Defence Production Act. Payment will be made via direct deposit within 30 days of receiving an acceptable invoice supported by a packing slip or waybill.
