SUNY Upstate Medical University plans to acquire Cook Medical Endovascular Stent Grafts & Accessories and related products through a procurement process authorized by Premier under section 163 (3) (vi) of NYS Finance Law. Vendors offering equivalent products must demonstrate clinical performance comparable to Cook Medical products and provide supporting clinical documentation, along with equipment for examination and demonstration. The procurement is restricted to authorized vendors listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalents, and all contact regarding this solicitation must be directed solely to the designated contact person to comply with lobbying laws, with violations potentially resulting in disqualification or debarment. The contract is set to commence on July 1, 2023, and will remain in effect until the expiration of the Premier contract or October 29, 2025, whichever occurs first. It covers all counties within New York State and is not set aside for service-disabled veteran-owned businesses. Interested vendors who can supply the specified or equivalent products are encouraged to contact the SUNY Upstate Medical University’s Hospital Purchasing Department, with the primary contact being the Purchase Associate at the provided email and phone number. Vendors must also submit current NYS Workman’s Compensation and Disability Forms as part of the procurement requirements.
