The 21st Contracting Squadron (21 CONS) intends to grant a Sole Source award to CenturyLink (dba Quest Government Services, Inc.) for a copper cable warranty. 2. This procurement is for one (1) telephone copper cable warranty. 3. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 517110, Wired Telecommunications Carriers, with a size standard of 1,500 employees. The Federal Supply code (FSC)/Product Service Code (PSC) is 5805, Telephone and Telegraph Equipment. 4. This purchase will be made under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Soliciting from a single source as authorized by FAR 13.106-1 (b)(1) only one source reasonably available. 5. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. No solicitation document is available and telephone request will not be honored. 6.
