This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ); solicitation number is H92240-13-T-0007. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) has a requirement for Core Temperature Capsules. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-64 effective 17 January 2013. This procurement is unrestricted and the associated North American Industrial Classification Code (NAICS) code is 339113 with a business size standard of 500 employees. Section B - Schedule of Supplies and Services See attached SF-1149 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items #H92240-13-T-0007 Delivery date: 14 February 2013 through 30 September 2013. FOB Point is Destination All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or contractual must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Office. No direct discussion between the technical representative and a prospective offeror will be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the Contracting Officer. �1.
