Corelands Maintenance Management Services

The National Capital Commission is soliciting proposals for Core Lands Maintenance Management Services within the National Capital Region to ensure public health and safety, protect assets, and maintain high service standards for its corelands. The scope of work is comprehensive, encompassing landscape, forestry, civil, waste/cleaning, and snow and ice control services. Award selection is based on a multi-stage evaluation process involving mandatory requirements, rated technical criteria with a 70% minimum scoring threshold, and pricing. The successful contractor must adhere to strict labor standards, ensuring wages meet or exceed local prevailing rates or a living wage, and must provide a comprehensive health and safety plan prior to contract signature. Performance will be monitored through contractor-led site inspections and quality control plans, with specific requirements for infrastructure marking and approved signage on NCC sites.
