Coronado Water Tank Supply & Delivery

1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and delivery FOB Destination, of a quantity of 6 each, 5,000 gallon, water storage tanks and 4 each, 2,500 gallon, water storage tanks. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to 520-388-8332 or emailed to mhostetler@fs.fed.us by close of business July 31, 2015. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-72 effective January 30, 2014. 5. This acquisition is set aside for 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190 with a size standard of $20.5 million. 6. Submit a unit price quote and a total delivered price quote for supply and delivery of all items. Utilize the attached schedule of items when submitting your quote. 7. A quote must be submitted for all contract line item numbers (CLINS) with no substitutions for the specified materials. Price quotes for each CLIN should indicate the purchase price inclusive of freight, handling, and sales tax, if applicable. 8. Price range for this supply and delivery is between $25,000 and $50,000. 9. Desired delivery date for all materials is no later than September 1, 2015. 10. Offerors must include a DUNS number, a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications, Commercial Items, and be registered as a vendor in SAM (System for Award Management). 11.
