The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) has embarked on transforming its investment planning approach in order to make it more strategic and outcomes-based. To meet this need the CFIA is seeking consultant support to:develop an investment planning and reporting frameworkdevelop a roadmap to mature investment planning and reportingcreate templates for asset portfolio strategiesdevelop an investment planning and reporting performance measurement framework.The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resourceThis requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:Business Consulting / Change Management StreamThis procurement is conditionally set aside under the federal government Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. The procurement is open to both Indigenous and non-Indigenous businesses. However, if two or more Indigenous businesses submit a bid, then the procurement is set aside under PSIB.
