The intent of this project is to correct the exit door of the main Electrical Room located on the northwest side of the building and containing electrical equipment rated 1200A, doesn’t have panic hardware and does not open towards egress. The only Bids that will be considered will be from vendors who attend the mandatory bid conference on the day and time specified above. Project Summary: Site Visit: August 25th, 2026 @ 10:30AM Proposal Due Date: September 1st, 2026 @ 3:00 PM The intent of this project is to correct the exit door of the main Electrical Room located on the northwest side of the building and containing electrical equipment rated 1200A, doesn’t have panic hardware and does not open towards egress. The egress door to electrical rooms containing equipment rated 800A or more, must be equipped with panic hardware that are normally latched but open under simple pressure to allow quick exit from the area in the event of an arc flash or emergency conditions.
