Costa Mesa High School Theater Underground Waterproofing Project

Solicitation MO2026-0007 is a request for bids from the Newport-Mesa Unified School District for a comprehensive water intrusion remediation project at the Costa Mesa High School Theater. The primary objective is to resolve persistent leaks in the main lobby and lower floor levels through a turnkey below-grade waterproofing system.
